A mother is born the moment a child is also born. She
never existed before. The woman existed but the mother, never! Therefore
motherhood is something absolutely new.
According to Linda Wooten; being a mother is learning
about the strengths you didn’t know you had and dealing with fears you
didn’t know existed.
A mother’s love is something that no one can explain
because it is made of deep devotion and of sacrifice and of pain. It is
affectionate, amusing, amazing, beautiful, brilliant, charming, caring,
compassionate, generous, honest, endless and unselfish and enduring, for
nothing can destroy it or take that love away.
I salute all mother’s especially my mother Margaret as we
celebrate them, I say the hand that rocks the cradle is the hand that
rules the world.
I therefore agree with Victor Hugo that A mother’s arms are made of
tenderness and children sleep soundly in them. I Love you Mum!
God bless you and all mother’s….Amen!
